J\u2019ai <\/span>\u00e9t\u00e9 responsabilis\u00e9e<\/span> tr\u00e8s jeune. J\u2019ai acquis une solide exp\u00e9rience <\/span>personnelle et <\/span>professionnelle qui m\u2019a permis d\u2019explorer les m\u00e9tiers de la Finance<\/strong>, de la Communication<\/strong> et des Ressources Humaines<\/strong>. L\u2019entreprise est un organisme vivant qui doit s’adapter \u00e0 son environnement pour pouvoir surmonter les d\u00e9fis qu\u2019il rencontre et pr\u00e9server son capital sant\u00e9<\/strong>. Pour cela, il convient de prendre conscience que chaque exp\u00e9rience a un sens, que l’\u00e9veil et le d\u00e9veloppement se font par paliers progressifs. Chaque phase doit s’accomplir pleinement pour permettre \u00e0 la suivante de s’enclencher, car sinon le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre s’installe. <\/span> <\/span>\u00catre soi-m\u00eame est essentiel pour d\u00e9bloquer, explorer, r\u00e9inventer le futur, dans un processus continu, un syst\u00e8me ouvert et dynamique, en transformation permanente, stimul\u00e9 par l’exp\u00e9rience.
